Finally!

I need to complete 200 hours for my internship. During my internship, I was spending almost 10 hours per day to complete the hours I need on time. I've learned a lot of things, I've met new faces and I love having fun with them. I've witnessed different occasions, especially, birthdays of the employees.

Finally! I've successfully completed 200 hours for my on-the-job training. I didn't waist my time just for nothing. I've made my internship productive with the help of my mentors, ate Christine Delner Robledo, kuya Edward Lemuel Castro, our programmer, kuya Adriel, and the HR Head, Mr. Roy Monreal. They also asked me if I want to apply to the company as a researcher of the bureau.

As of now, I'm looking forward for that opportunity...

The End Is Near

The end is near...why? Because the last day of my internship will be two days from now. I will miss many things, especially the people in INCTV who are very kind to me. Including the utilities, some camera men, production staff, some of the make-up artists, the news anchors, and the employees at HR department where I spent my hours for my internship. They are very thoughtful and they always offer me some food to eat or sometimes, coffee.

This day, we had a brainstorming for the development of the research for the marketing department of INCTV.

The Day After Yesterday

Another day for my internship came. Another colorful thing happened. I've learned new things. Now I know how to use the xerox machine...hahahahahahaha!!!

Anyways, I've attended a seminar on how to market a specific brand. The speaker is working at ABS-CBN and she discussed some strategies on how to promote a product using social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

The topic is very useful, especially for a newly born network station like INCTV.

Food Trip at UPD

After a tiring day at INCTV, ate Tin asked me for a food trip at UP Diliman. We ate fish balls and squid balls with kuya RL, the programmer of Research Department. Foods are delicious...then after that, we went to Family Mart Convenience store to buy drinks and other snacks to eat...

Third Week of My Internship

Usual thing happened in the third Monday of my internship. I've already encoded the survey questionnaires of 140 out of 200 respondents. The Marketing Research Team are starting to make conclusions regarding the initial results of the research.

I'm loving this internship even if it is tiring...

OJT (On-the-Job Training) For Real

This day, I've experienced a real job on OJT. Ate Tin, kuya Edward and I with Mr. Roy Monreal, our HR head, had a meeting a while ago. The meeting is about the strategy on how to market a specific brand. We were able to contribute ideas about this matter. We also continued the data interpretation of our research.

I have many things to do for the next coming days...

First Day of My Internship

It was the first day of my internship at CEBSI (Christian Era Broadcasting Service International, Inc.)-INCTV. Employees are great and very approachable. They already treated me as one of them.

The HR Head, Mr. Roy Monreal, assigned me at their Marketing Research Section and told me to encode the answers in the survey questionnaires about their market branding as my first task on my first day.

I was able to meet ate Tin and kuya Edward. They are in the Marketing Research Team of INCTV and serve as my mentors. They graduated at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Ate Tin is a Broadcast Communication graduate, while kuya Edward is a Journalism graduate.

Ate Tin showed me the different studios inside the network and also the make-up room. Make-up artists are great and funny.

Overall, I had an exciting on-the-job training on the first day of my internship and hoping for more adventurous tasks.
